Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placing the order by calling us at 7479714755.
Once food preparation has begun, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds will be provided in the following cases:
✔ You received the wrong order.
✔ Your order is incomplete.
✔ The food delivered is spoiled, damaged, or unsafe for consumption.
✔ Delivery is delayed by more than the promised time without prior notice.
No Refunds will be given for:
✖ Change of mind after placing the order.
✖ Personal taste preferences or dissatisfaction unrelated to food quality.
✖ Incorrect delivery due to wrong address or contact details provided by the customer.
Due to the perishable nature of food, returns are accepted only under these conditions:
Wrong item(s) delivered.
Incomplete or damaged order.
Spoiled or unsafe food received.
Non-Returnable Items:
Correctly delivered food as per your order.
Food partially consumed or tampered with after delivery.
Orders where the complaint is raised after 1 hour of delivery.
